Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Human+ handles cancellations, returns, and refunds for the services we offer through turnhumanplus.com and related applications (the “Services”). It applies to charges made by Human+, Inc. and to charges processed on behalf of independent providers and partner pharmacies.

1. Telehealth visit fees

If you complete an intake and your provider determines that prescription is not appropriate, you are not charged for medication. Any visit or evaluation fee disclosed at checkout covers the provider’s clinical review and is non-refundable once the review has been completed.

2. Subscriptions and recurring charges

Some Services are offered on a recurring subscription. The applicable price, billing cadence, and renewal date are disclosed before you are charged. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your patient portal.

If you cancel before your next renewal date, the cancellation takes effect before your next refill is processed and you will not be charged for that cycle. If you are charged for a renewal within 24 hours of the renewal date and you have not yet had medication shipped, contact support and we will issue a refund for that renewal as a courtesy.

3. Medication refunds

Federal and state law generally prohibit pharmacies from accepting the return of dispensed medication for resale. As a result, once a prescription has been prepared and shipped by our partner pharmacy, the medication itself is generally non-refundable.

We will issue a refund or replacement at no charge in the following circumstances:

  • The shipment is lost in transit or never arrives, and the carrier confirms non-delivery.
  • The shipment arrives damaged in a way that affects the safety or efficacy of the medication, reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • The wrong medication or dose was shipped due to an error by Human+ or our partner pharmacy.
  • An undisclosed allergy or contraindication, identified by the patient and confirmed by the provider, prevents safe use of the prescribed medication.

To request a refund or replacement under this section, contact support within the applicable time window with your order number and (if applicable) photographs of the shipment.

4. Pre-shipment cancellations

If you cancel a refill before the partner pharmacy has shipped it, you will not be charged for that refill, or, if charged, you will receive a full refund. Once a label has been generated and the medication has been packed, the shipment is considered in fulfillment and the medication-refund rules in Section 3 apply.

5. Refunds for compounded medications

Compounded medications, where prescribed, are prepared specifically for you pursuant to your individual prescription. Because they cannot be redistributed, compounded medications are non-returnable and non-refundable except as described in Section 3.

6. Promotional credits and discounts

Promotional credits, discount codes, and one-time offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds, unless required by law.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card issuer or bank and can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. We do not issue cash refunds.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Pursuing a chargeback for a non-refundable charge (for example, dispensed medication) may delay a resolution and may result in suspension of your account pending review.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Refund decisions for an order are governed by the Policy in effect at the time the order was placed.
